OUTCOMES (MEASURABLE)

 

• Run a monthly performance conversation using a provided rubric
• Lead a decision process with defined roles (DRCI/RACI) and document the outcome
• Stand up a team execution rhythm (agenda, cadence, KPIs) within 30 days
• Improve written executive updates (before/after samples scored against rubric)
• Manager confirms role improvement (promotion path, wage increase, or permanent conversion)

• Pre-training: baseline skills self-assessment + manager alignment
• During training: case exercises and observed practice
• Post-training: applied project submission + manager confirmation
• Completion: certificate stating hours and achieved outcomes

Eligible:
• Participants: Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons
• Employers: BC-based and in good standing; training tied to job improvement or job creation

Not eligible:
• Temporary foreign workers or international students
• Conferences, trade shows, networking, mentorship-only activities
