What topics will we actually cover?
Each session focuses on a core leadership capability:

What if I can't make every session?
Life happens. If you need to miss a session, you'll receive a recording and a summary of key takeaways. That said, the magic happens when you're in the room. We ask that you commit to attending at least 5 of the 6 sessions.
What industries are other participants from?
We intentionally curate a diverse cohort: tech, healthcare, finance, creative agencies, engineering firms, and more. The diversity is a feature, not a bug. Leadership challenges are remarkably similar across industries, and fresh perspectives often spark the biggest breakthroughs.
How is this different from an MBA or leadership certificate?
Those programs teach you about leadership. This program develops you as a leader. No case studies about companies you'll never work at. Instead: your real challenges, your real decisions, with peers who will hold you accountable to actually change.
Is this in-person or virtual?
All six sessions are in-person in Vancouver. The relationships and trust you build in the room are irreplaceable. Between sessions, you'll have access to the AI coach and peer communication channels.
